Charter Member's Annual Agreement

This Annual Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof. All prior negotiations between the parties are merged in this Agreement and there are no understandings or agreements other than those incorporated herein. 

This Agreement may not be modified except by written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both parties. This agreement starts on the date this contract is signed, and will last for 12-months; which is the entire duration of the Annual License contract. Upon acceptance by Customer and submission to Exit Plan Show, LLC this Order Form shall become legally binding and governed between Exit Plan Show, LLC and Customer. Access to your purchased Exit Plan Show license will be enabled once payment is received in full.

Exit Plan Show will work in good faith to ensure the client is pleased with the program results. This annual agreement will auto-renew unless given 30 days written notice prior to the contract end date.
