We provide customer support through two (soon three or more) hours of weekly ‘Ask Anything Do Something’ Workshops. This far exceeds the industry standard of a poorly “trained” Chat Agent.
Please check the cheat sheet daily and ALWAYS use the cheat sheet button to join the meetings.
WHO: Customers needing support in any or all areas of our program.
WHAT: Two hours of weekly workshops for questions, live answers, and guidance. Plus FAQ videos.
WHEN: Mondays at 2 PM ET SHARP, Wednesdays at Noon ET SHARP. We'll expand to Fridays when we start Phase 3.

HOW: Join Zoom and submit your question in the chat; each answer has a 5-minute limit. If it’s a new question and the answer takes longer, we’ll create an explainer video for it. Be on time—late arrivals will not get repeated instructions.
WHY: Well over 90% of all questions can be answered through workshops or FAQ videos. This group format allows us to help everyone effectively. One-on-one sessions are scarce and rarely available or needed.
